This privately owned business is a highly respected and diversified financial advisory and accounting company specialising in working with small to medium-sized business owners and professionals. They have an opening for an experienced Client Services Officer. Our client is open to speaking with either career CSOs or CSOs who would like to progress to an Associate Advisor in the next couple of years.

The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactions
• You will assist with the preparation and implementation of strategies and advice
• You will assist with the preparation for New Client Meetings and any follow-up actions, including the preparation of Advice.
• Assist advisers with client queries
• Assist with contribution calculations
• Assisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experience

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• Experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategies
• Proven experience or exposure to implementation and improvement of systems and processes
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency: Xplan experience is a plus
• Organised and proactive work approach
