What You Will Be Working On
You'll establish and manage the client-side construction team, bringing a new level of oversight and quality control to the development process. Rather than simply chasing short-term profits, you'll ensure construction excellence across all projects.

Your role will involve:

• Setting up and managing the client-side construction team for major master planned communities
• Overseeing supply chain management, project coordination, and contracts administration
• Representing the developer's interests during the construction phase, ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Managing tendering processes and progress claims from the consultant side
• Coordinating effectively with contractors while maintaining forward-looking strategic oversight
• Eventually rolling out your construction management framework across all the company's major development projects

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful
You're an experienced civil engineer with a strong construction background who's ready to step away from direct site work while maintaining strategic oversight of construction operations. You're tired of the typical industry mentality and are looking to apply your expertise in an environment that values both quality and work-life balance.

We're looking for:

• A Senior Civil Engineer with at least 7-10 years of construction experience
• Strong capabilities in contracts administration, tendering, and progress claims management
• Experience coordinating with contractors and managing supply chains
• A strategic thinker who can look ahead and anticipate construction challenges
• Residential development experience is advantageous but not essential
