About the role

Rimcorp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Scheduler for our Clients Project in Yatala, Gold Coast. As a fulltime Senior Project Scheduler based on site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to track progress and identify potential bottlenecks

Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to coordinate activities and resources

Analyse project data to identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies

Prepare detailed status reports and present findings to senior management

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior scheduling professionals

Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior project scheduling role, preferably within the construction industry

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling techniques, and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information

Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget

Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field

Experience in Power BI
