1. Senior Building Consultant
2. Remedial Building Consultant / Remedial Engineer

Senior Building Consultant -Why Apply?

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building inspections to identify causes of damage from design faults, construction defects, or maintenance issues.

• Draft remedial scopes of work and tender documentation.
• Oversee and report on repair works, ensuring compliance with approved strategies.
• Serve as an expert witness when required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Mentor junior consultants and help them grow professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in building and construction, particularly in residential projects.
• Expertise in defect analysis and creating litigation-standard reports.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and the NCC.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction, or Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.

Remedial Building Consultant / Remedial Engineer -Why Apply?

• Own the Projects: Take the lead on large-scale remedial projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance throughout.

• Experience in the strata industry is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
