Your Role:
As the Senior Site Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of dynamic, high-profile developments, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards, while working closely with the Directors to make a real impact on the future of the company. Daily duties include the following;

• Lead and manage multi-storey sites from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Solve complex problems and overcome challenges that arise during construction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.

Other Details:

The position is a full-time permanent role. The remuneration package sits at approximately $180K and depends on the level of experience and licencing that you bring.

About You:

• 10+ years of experience managing multi-storey projects and developments, ideally retirement living, apartments or other higher rise buildings
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
• Builder’s license (preferred)
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and managing expectations.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
