About the Company:
Our client is a well-established, Melbourne-based construction firm with over 20 years of industry experience. Specialising in design and construct projects across residential, commercial, and government sectors, they’re known for their hands-on delivery model and ability to tailor each build to the needs of their clients. With a strong pipeline of upcoming multi-residential developments, this business is built on quality, collaboration, and consistency.

The Opportunity:
They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in multi-residential apartment builds, ideally with experience delivering projects up to $40M, including basements and complex structural elements. You will oversee all phases of construction, from pre-construction through to handover, with the support of a dedicated internal team and quality subcontractor base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full project lifecycle management – budget, timeline, quality, and client expectations
• Oversee on-site construction and project delivery
• Develop and manage construction programs
• Drive safety, compliance, and quality assurance
• Lead and mentor internal teams – including Site Managers, CA’s and support staff
• Maintain strong communication with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely project reporting internally and externally

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction or project management
• Demonstrated experience delivering apartment projects (ideally $10M–$40M+)
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, programming, and commercial acumen
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure
• A solutions-focused mindset and strong stakeholder communication
