Our client is a Western Australian owned and operated supplier of materials and earthwork solutions through Perth, and has almost 2 decades of experience in doing so. During their time, they have garnered the respect of not only their clients, but the civil industry as a whole, and are respected members of various federations and institutes throughout WA.

With significant growth over the past 24 months, they are searching for a Project Manager or Senior Project Managers with drive, hunger and ambition to join the team in managing multiple projects from Baldivis, Two Rocks, Mundijong.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project performance and manage delivery targets in accordance to the project delivery plan.
• Conduct thorough project planning, including cost estimates, risk management strategies, and project management plans to ensure project delivery in adherence to established time, budget, and quality standards.
• Establish a safe work environment by ensuring HSE standards are upheld and carried out on site.
• Oversee project scope and handle any changes or deviations in alignment with the terms of the project contracts.

To be successful you will have the following:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar project management role with an understanding of Earthworks and Civils.
• Strong experience in project contract and commercial management.
• Relevant tertiary qualification; Civil Engineering and/or Project Management qualifications desirable.
• Strong communication skills, being able to build and maintain rapport with colleagues and clients.
• A commitment to travel between sites through Perth.
• Live currently in Western Australia with full working rights.
