We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a passion for overseeing Luxury Residential new build projects.

The ideal candidate will have recently completed builds worth $20M+. As a Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the build. Take charge and own your project.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage and optimise resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site records, project look-a-heads, and safety records.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on High end homes, low to mid Rise Residential new build projects from $10m - $30m
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices in industrial builds.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
