Our client, Greenacres Disability Services, is one of the largest disability service providers in the Illawarra. They are seeking a talented and motivated Hospitality and Retail Area Manager to promote and nurture a collaborative workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity to join a caring and passionate company and contribute to day-to-day operations ensuring excellent quality and profitability across multiple outlets.

THE ROLE
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets
• Ensure all sites deliver excellent customer service and strong profitability
• Deliver an inclusive employment environment for people of all abilities
• Business development whilst maintaining compliance with NDIS, food safety & WHS standards

THE MUST HAVES
• Previous management experience in multiple hospitality outlets, including catering and food service
• Superior leadership and team development skills
• Proven skills in financial management
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in business development or marketing
• Grasp of disability support services and inclusive employment practices

Additional requirements prior to commencing:
• Food Safety Supervisor certification
• National Criminal Clearance Check
• Current valid Drivers' License
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Working with Children Check
• Complete NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
