As a People and Culture Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our childcare services by providing high-quality HR administration and operational support. You'll be the first point of contact for HR enquiries and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to HR enquiries from leaders and employees
Providing advice on HR policies, payroll processes, awards, and agreements
Maintaining accurate employee records across the employee lifecycle
Coordinating reward and recognition programs and wellbeing activities
Managing compliance checks and conducting regular audits
Supporting internships, traineeships, and graduate programs
Preparing and distributing employee communications
Assisting in the review and development of HR policies and procedures
Supporting cyclical HR activities such as remuneration reviews and performance management
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about people and culture.
Essential Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or currently studying)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR administration or coordinator role
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Education and Care Services Act 2013
Understanding of the Children’s Services Award 2010
Current Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one)
You’ll also bring:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport at all levels
A customer-service mindset with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
A passion for continuous improvement and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
A readiness to travel occasionally to support our services and teams across locations 🚗✈️
