Description

As the P&C Coordinator, you'll be working alongside the GM and HR Advisor to help support HR initiatives, coordinate employee programs, and ensure the workforce feel valued and empowered.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives

Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records

Helping to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies

Providing general HR support to employees and managers

• HR inbox management

Profile

✔ Experience in a HR admin position

✔ Some knowledge of employment regulations and best practices
