The Role: Construction Supervisor

• Location: Brisbane Southside
• Reporting to: Area Construction Manager
• Projects: Oversee and deliver up to 20 residential builds concurrently

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all stages of construction across multiple residential sites
• Drive high standards and performance from subcontractors and trades
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

About YouQualifications:

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related tertiary qualification (preferred)

Experience:

• Experience supervising 15+ residential projects at once for a volume builder
• Strong, stable employment history
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively
