Northern Beaches location. Salary ranging from $80-$100K + Super (experience dependent)

You will work as part of a well-tenured finance team that will provide ongoing support and development opportunities as you grow with the company.

The Role

On offer is a full-time, permanent, well-rounded bookkeeping position encompassing mixed duties, including accounting, office management and ad-hoc admin. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

Preparation of monthly financial reports

Maintaining the general ledger

Statutory monthly, quarterly and annual reporting (including BAS, PAYG, GST, Superannuation)

Accounts payable and accounts receivable, including daily invoicing

Bank reconciliations

HR and employment relations management and compliance

Payroll setup and processing

Staff onboarding and induction

Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the business

Ad hoc duties as required

Your Background

To be considered for this Bookkeeper position, you will have the following skills and experience:

Well-rounded knowledge as a Bookkeeper, Accountant or similar positions.

Experience using Xero

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Good attitude to learn and take on forthcoming duties
