An outstanding local business in the Construction Industry is seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper / Admin Professional to join their team on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office accounting and administration, ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping, including Payroll, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- BAS preparation and compliance reporting
- Accounts Payable & Receivable management
- Office administration and operational support
- Multi-business financial management (desirable)
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience managing finances across multiple businesses (desirable)
