About the role

Club Projects Newcastle Pty Ltd as a full-time Construction Project Manager. Based in Newcastle NSW 2300, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects for business.

Who are we

Our Group has been established since 1996.

Hospitality specialists. Club and Pubs.

Client side Construction Managers primarily for repeat Clients. We do not tender on projects.

Typical contract ranges from $2-20 million

Current projects in Newcastle, Central Coast, Sydney and the Mid North Coast.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver construction projects

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices

Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and make informed decisions

Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management is preferred
