The role

Are you an accomplished Project Manager ready to step up into a Senior Project Manager role? Due to some recent project wins, we're excited to welcome a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to our team in Sydney, where you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and grow your career with us. As a Senior Project Manager at CTPG, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of education and commercial projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Directors and leadership team of the company
• Lead and manage high profile projects from inception to completion
• Develop and grow relationships with key consultants and client stakeholders
• Contribute to learning and development of our talented team
• Represent CTPG as an industry leader, shaping the company’s future success.
• Ensure seamless project delivery - overseeing project budgets, timelines, and risk management.

Essential criteria:

• A degree in Construction Management, Building Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture or a related field
• Strong leadership and exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• 6-10 years of relevant project management experience within the property and construction sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high profile projects. Project experience within the education and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency
• Driving License
