WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. Excellent communication, a friendly phone manner and a good sense of humour are also key personal skills for the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer service – general phone duties, call handling, taking messages.
Opening of Projects IAW guide sheet and local procedure
Scanning work packs and attaching them to the projects in IFS
Receivables invoices created and emailed to customers
Check customer credit limits and credit exposures and communicate with managers
Upload invoices/COS to IFS daily
Look after office supplies including stationary, envelopes, express post envelopes, copy paper, kitchen and bathroom supplies and business cards
Generation of travel orders, liaising with travel agent including completing required paperwork, organise approvals and organise flights and accommodation as required
OPERATIONS
Meet and greet customers and assist with lounge duties when required
Clean up mail, newspaper and magazines in the lounge when required
This position also requires the applicant to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes and drug and alcohol analysis.
