The Opportunity
We are now looking for a Receptionist & School Fleet Administrator to join our Emerald team on a full-time basis.

About the role
This full time multi faceted position is suited to an appropriately skilled, self-motivated and energetic person with the ability to work autonomously within a small team.
You will be supporting the following duties:
- General office duties, front desk customer queries, answering phones, arranging meetings and taking minutes;
- School Bus cash banking and Square payment reconciliation (counter sales);
- Student ticketing/passes administration (TransportMe);
- Queensland Transport administration;
- Stock control (e.g. stationery, uniform etc.);
- Assist in Vehicle Maintenance System & data entry;
- Drafting school bus service invoices and account follow-up;
- Assist with capturing information for the Incident Management Process;
- Student behavior and complaint management;
- Run and Bus folders are updated with relevant compulsory documentation;
- Capture relevant pax counts, km’s, odo readings etc in relevant internal systems;
- Sending relevant communication to stakeholders via internal communication tools;
- School bus route and timetable management and upkeep;
- Other duties as required.
Skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
