The Role:
Reporting into an experienced and supportive manager, you will be responsible for accurate and timely management of admin leasing, financial processing, and proper maintenance of all related documents.
Specifically, you will be responsible for managing the accuracy of the lease information, establishment and interpretation of new leases, updating lease data for existing leases, assist in the performance of lease audits, perform billing functions, and supporting the Accounts Receivable team.
Additionally you will respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, run lease related management reporting and play a key role in projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
About You:
You will ideally have some relevant experience in property administration with a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate leases and associated terminology.
Otherwise, you are an experienced and highly capable finance officer with a background across both AP and AR, with a keen interest to take on a new challenge in the real estate sector with a growing business.
Excellent communication skills, fantastic attention to detail and strong Excel also required.
