Property Network of Australia is seeking Temporary Leasing Administrators to work for a leading national property group with a high-profile portfolio of commercial and retail assets. These short-term contract roles are based in the client’s Sydney CBD Head Office on George Street and are due to commence from 28 April to 1 May for approximately 7 weeks.

We are seeking individuals with previous or current experience as Lease Administrators, Property Administrators, or Property Managers, ideally with exposure to lease documentation and data management systems such as Yardi or MRI.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and validate lease documentation for accuracy
• Enter lease data into Yardi in line with internal requirements
• Submit leases for approval through internal system workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the PAM and PM teams

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in property administration, leasing, or property management
• Proficiency using Yardi or similar lease/property systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams
• Quick system learner with a proactive attitude
