A growing, National Property Development company is seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to help bring its mission to life—creating high-quality Specialist Disability Accommodation that enhances people’s quality of life. With a strong pipeline of projects, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a brand that makes a real impact.
Reporting to the Victorian Marketing Manager and working closely with the GM, you’ll take charge of content creation, campaigns, and communications across digital, social, and event channels. This hands-on role involves producing visual assets, managing suppliers, tracking campaign results, and offering variety and purpose every day.
Initial conversations will begin the week of 14 April, with in-person interviews likely to commence the week of 28 April (or possibly earlier)

Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Lead the marketing and communications for the brand
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media channels
- Coordinate the production of visual assets, including graphics, video, photography, and animation
- Maintain and update the company website
- Manage marketing agencies and suppliers to deliver campaign assets
- Coordinate the company’s presence at events and conferences
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, digital analytics, and ROI
- Support CRM data accuracy and compliance
- Track marketing spend and manage budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing
- Provide general administrative support as needed
About You:
- 3–5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in property, construction, agency-side with property clients, or similar is highly regarded
- Strong digital, social media, and content creation skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms
- Proven experience in campaign management and budget tracking
- Organised, creative, and an excellent communicator
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field
