Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers as they walk into the store, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Help customers find the best products to meet their specific needs, offering knowledgeable and friendly advice.

Process sales transactions efficiently using the store's system.

Maintain the front counter and shop floor, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and meet bonus targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Computer literacy; ability to use sales systems and manage basic point-of-sale (POS) operations.

Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn about our products to better serve customer needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.

Availability Requirements

Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 5 PM, this is a Full-time role

Must be able to work one weekend shift (approximately 3–4 hours) every four weeks, paid at overtime rates.
