Key responsibilities include
• Coordinate between departments (e.g., helping sales communicate lead times to production)
• Resolve internal issues (e.g., delays, material shortages, process bottlenecks)
• Track orders and production schedules
• Handle documentation like work orders, purchase orders, and inventory records
• Ensure internal SLAs (service level agreements) are met
• Support quality control and compliance teams
