Our Epping Dealership is looking for an organized, experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team.

This Customer Service & Administration role will work across the general operations of the business including customer service, daily administration, handovers, service and warranty duties.

A genuine interest in caravan and camping and outdoor lifestyle will be of benefit.

Role Duties and Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service duties within the Dealership and Service Centre including monitoring incoming phone calls, email and in-house
• Liaise with Sales team and assist with Customer Service
• Customer colour consultations and order fulfilment
• Coordination of customer handovers
• Support Service and Warranty bookings
• Ad-hoc administration and general reception and housekeeping duties

Role Requirements and Qualifications

• General experience in customer service, administration and/or accounts
• Experience with SalesForce and Netsuite
• Experience with booking calendars
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently
• Sound organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in word/excel/outlook
• Approachability in dealing with internal and external parties

The location of the position is Epping Melbourne.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8am til 4pm.
