About the role:
Due to their ongoing growth, they are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer service / internal salesperson to join their team. As a sales-focused team player, you will thrive in a dynamic environment and continue your journey with an industry-leading brand in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries (phone, email and in person) including follow ups
  • Build strong client relationships to develop optimal solutions
  • Partnering with external sales engineers to provide the best customer service
  • Drive sales and develop new business opportunities
  • Receive hands-on training in communication, negotiation, sales and product applications
  • Play a key role in selling renowned brands across various industries

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous internal sales experience in manufacturing/engineering fields. Exposure to plastics & related materials is a plus
  • Exposure to a manufacturing environment & process
  • Strong desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a customer centric focus
