About the Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator / Production & Planning Coordinator to join the team. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that timelines are met, systems are updated, and teams are aligned. You'll play a hands-on part in daily planning, logistics support, and continuous process improvements across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate smooth communication between production and supply teams, including managing delivery updates and stock movements at SKU level.

Update and maintain production schedules in SAP, ensuring information is current, timely, and aligned across platforms.

Track material shortages using internal reporting tools, updating estimated arrival times and highlighting potential delays.

Oversee goods receipt activities, validating incoming items and maintaining precise records.

Coordinate outbound logistics to ensure all shipments meet DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) standards.

Investigate discrepancies in stock levels or production outcomes, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Provide general administrative assistance to support the broader operations team as needed.

What You’ll Bring

A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing, planning, or supply chain support role.

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.

Strong Excel and data entry skills; confidence working with spreadsheets and reports.

Solid grasp of production processes, inventory movement, and scheduling methods.
