Supply Chain Coordinator

• Circa $60k-65k + super
• Fluent Korean and SAP experience required

As part of an international tyre manufacturing and distribution organisation, Kumho Tyre Australia is a leading supplier of quality tyres to the Australian market with sales and distribution networks in all states.

We require a Supply Chain Coordinator to work in our modern office at Marsden Park to assist our general Manager for Operations to coordinate and support the systems of our state warehouses. The Supply Chain Coordinator :

• Manages inventory through import coordination ( ie: container list )
• Manages and prepares reports on stock levels ( ie: checking material list)
• Supports warehouse management with SAP procedures ( ie: container transfer in SAP)
• Liaise with Korea HO on import and stock issues
• Preparing stock report
• Preparing the purchased document listing with Bank information ( Maturity list, reconciling the document number in SAP , reviewing the handling fee etc)
• Container sales ad-hoc tasks ( invoicing )
• Liaise with shipping companies ( annual packing declaration , EDO request , reporting damaged containers etc)

To be successful you will need to have:

• SAP knowledge/experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel to intermediate level
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to converse and write in Korean
• Supply chain/logistics experience
