We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Digital Marketing Coordinator with real-world, hands-on experience across a range of digital marketing areas. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who’s touched a lot of tools and platforms and is ready to go deeper.
You’ll work alongside account managers and senior team members to support client campaigns, create clear reports, and keep content flowing across blogs, socials, and email. You’ll also play a role in maintaining internal marketing activity—keeping our own brand and digital presence active and effective.
We love working in the office and value a collaborative, team-first environment—this role is ideal for someone who enjoys bouncing ideas around, learning from others, and being part of a high-performing, in-person team.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimisation across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
Content & Social Media Management including writing and posting 2–4 blog articles per month, scheduling content, and managing socials using tools like Canva
Website Tracking & Light Content Updates using Shopify and WordPress—implementing tracking, updating blogs or case studies, integrating forms, and reviewing performance dat
Email Marketing & Automation using tools like Klaviyo—segmenting lists, managing basic flows, scheduling sends, and collaborating on email content
Analytics & Reporting—compiling monthly performance reports, writing executive summaries with insights and recommendations, and using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and native ad dashboard.
Internal Campaign Support—helping manage content, lead tracking, and marketing for internal projects as part of the broader client workload
Content Briefing—supporting internal and client content production by preparing briefs and coordinating with content writers and designers
Collaboration with account managers, senior strategists, and other internal team members to ensure projects are aligned, executed well, and reported on clearly
Who You Are
Someone who will fit into a strong, collaborative team dynamic—without ego—but with energy, initiative, and presence
Confident and articulate, comfortable sharing ideas and taking feedback in stride
Proactive and accountable, able to take ownership without overstepping, and open to learning through challenge
Comfortable with hands-on campaign execution, content scheduling, and reporting
Experienced using Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and familiar with Shopify & WordPress
Able to write clearly and professionally, across blog articles, emails, reports, and socials
Detail-oriented and organised—able to juggle multiple tasks across different brands and platforms
Comfortable using tools like Canva, and confident using AI and automation to support marketing tasks
Naturally curious and keen to grow into a more senior marketing role over time
