The Role

Reporting to the Queensland State Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our business, forging strong client connections, and securing premium projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-focused environment and is passionate about translating their efforts into tangible business success.

You will collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including:

Architects & interior designers

Engineers & project managers

Backed by comprehensive support internally,

including extensive inventory, local assembly you will be provided all the tools to be successful out on the field.

Skills & Experience Needed

Proven experience in a sales or business development role (all levels of experience are encouraged to apply)

Established network and strong relationships within the Queensland market

A genuine passion for building lasting partnerships and driving business growth

Technical understanding of commercial application solutions is beneficial (but not essential)

Project management experience is advantageous, but we are interested in hearing how you've driven impact in past roles

A proactive, solution-focused approach with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

A self-starter with energy and a strong desire to succeed!

Salary and Benefits

· $110,000 to $120,000 Base

· Super

· Car Allowance $20,000

· Uncapped Commissions
