What You will Be Doing

Working closely with our (very experienced) Head of Culture, you will feel right at home if these things interest you:

Lead the implementation and support of our new HRIS (Employment Hero).

Prepare employment contracts, letters, and employee lifecycle documentation with accuracy and care.

Respond to HR queries often being the welcoming first point of contact.

Provide HR guidance to leaders and people managers.

Facilitate end to end recruitment activities; from drafting job ads to coordinating interviews in conjunction with the hiring Managers.

Manage end to end onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Contribute to refining and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.

About You

You are a great communicator and natural relationship builder who is motivated by helping people.

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have 2–3 years’ experience in HR or a similar admin/people-focused role.

Possess, or are studying for, a qualification in Human Resources.

Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Be able to maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.

Enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a small but mighty team.

Be an Employment Hero System expert (highly valued, but not mandatory).
