This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership position where you'll be responsible for managing and leading our internal operations team and overseeing day-to-day field operations.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:

• Manage and mentor the internal operations team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
• Oversee all daily operational activities, scheduling, and compliance.
• Lead, support, and develop field teams to maintain high standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Implement new systems and processes to support growth and efficiency.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Industry experience is mandatory – Minimum 3 years in a traffic management operations or similar leadership role.
• All relevant industry certifications required, including (but not limited to) White Card, Traffic Control, Traffic Management Implementation, First Aid, etc.
• Proven ability to manage, lead, and develop teams.
• Strong communication skills and people management capabilities.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• High level of energy, commitment, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
