This job advertisement is for a Sales Estimator with an expanding entrepreneurial homebuilder in the Campbelltown area of Sydney.

The role offers a salary of $75,000 (cadet level) - $95,000 (2 years' + experience), plus superannuation.

The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate sales estimates in line with tender pricing, re-tenders, and client variations. This role involves regular communication with internal departments, particularly sales and projects, to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentation. You will also assist senior estimators in maintaining data integrity and improving accuracy within the estimating database.
This opportunity is open to both experienced sales estimators (up to 2 years) and junior/cadet-level candidates looking to develop their careers in residential estimating.

Experience/Attributes:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Relevant qualifications within building/estimating (or currently studying)
• Experience of working with a homebuilder, ideally in an estimating or pre-construction team, but also considering "cadet" level candidates
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
• Commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
