About the Company

Our client is a well-established, family-owned custom home builder with over 13 years of success in the industry. With a dedicated team of professionals, they specialize in building high-quality homes valued between $750K – $1.5M.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline, they are on the hunt for a skilled Sales Estimator to take charge of estimating, tendering, and cost analysis, playing a key role in in their estimating and tendering processes.

Your Role

As a Sales Estimator, you’ll be instrumental in preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tenders, and pricing variations to ensure projects run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates – Including take-offs, purchase orders, full bill of quantities, and complex site costs
• Managing tenders and variations – Ensuring pricing aligns with project specifications
• Supplier & Contractor Coordination – Sourcing and negotiating the best prices for materials and services
• Collaboration & Communication – Liaising with stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships
• Problem Solving – Identifying risks and providing proactive solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 5-8 years’ experience in residential estimating
• Expertise in Databuild and strong MS Office skills
• A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Dual skill in Sales and Production estimating is a plus
