About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with an award-winning builder based on the Sunshine Coast, known for their innovative terrace and small lot housing. With continued growth in their pipeline, they're now seeking a Senior Sales Estimator to join their office-based team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for pricing new homes and client variations using Cubit and Excel, working closely with sales consultants, draftees, and colour selection staff to deliver fast, accurate sales estimates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Estimating new home builds using Cubit and exporting to Excel for margin application
• Producing accurate and timely pricing from detailed plans
• Managing variation pricing and supporting the client selections process
• Maintaining internal price books and cost centre data
• Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm up-to-date costs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in residential estimating (sales/pre-contract focus)
• Proficiency in Cubit software and Excel
• Prior construction/trade background highly regarded
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet tight quoting timeframes
