Key Responsibilities:

Client Champion: Manage a portfolio of accounting and tax clients, including individuals and businesses.

Tax Expert: Prepare tax returns and financial reports for individuals, rental properties, trusts, and companies.

BAS Specialist: Prepare BAS reconciliations with accuracy.

Financial Analyst: Prepare interim financials and reconciliations.

Team Player: Collaborate with our close-knit team to deliver exceptional service.

More Senior Candidates will also be considered as we are expanding

What We're Looking For:

6+ years in Australian public practice

Degree in Accounting, with CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)

Solid experience with Xero (Xero Advisor certification is a must)

Excellent computer skills and a willingness to learn.

A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organised, reliable, and ready to take ownership of your work

Experience with Xero Practice Manager and FYI a plus

Confidence when working autonomously and be a Team player

High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
