About the role

We are seeking a passionate Team Leader who displays strong leadership qualities and is able to motivate and get the best out of a remote team.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor calls by consultants for coaching and development purposes
• Review productivity & KPI achievement to ensure all opportunities are captured
• Coordinate with Management to develop strategies to motivate consultants & improve productivity
• Provide support for consultants including troubleshooting and escalations
• Carry out training, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
• Carry out admin duties as required
• Develop a cohesive and positive team environment
