Quadrant Australia are a specialist travel company with a small dynamic team operating from our flagship store in Coffs Harbour.
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate and experienced Travel and Tour Specialists to join our team. Experience in the travel industry will be highly regarded but experience with event or project management will also be considered

Due to unprecedented growth, we have two permanent positions available, a full time and a part-time role. We are readvertising this position. Previous applicants need not apply

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience - We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in travel planning and coordination - Experience in retail travel or group travel would be an advantage but experience in event or project management will be considered.
• Genuine interest in travel and tourism - If you have a passion for people, researching new destinations, creating customised travel experiences, and managing multiple projects at one time, then this role is perfect for you.
• Outstanding customer service skills - We are looking for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. We value time spent with our clients over volume
• Love of planning - If you are natural organiser, have great ideas to enhance travel experiences, we want to hear from you.
• Excellent computer skills - Do you have a demonstrated proficiency in using travel-related and administration appropriate software
• Time Management and administration - Are you are able to manage your time effectively and demonstrate strong administrative skills. These roles include an administration component that require you to have attention to detail and a willingness to take on the tasks to get the job done.
• Self-motivated and hardworking - We value individuals who take initiative and contribute to a positive work environment.
