What You'll Do:

• Process and manage visa applications with accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare, review and dispatch travel documentation for group and independent travellers
• Confirm and finalise bookings, ensuring all components are correct and aligned with service standards
• Respond to customer queries and feedback, offering outstanding service and care
• Coordinate with travel agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences
• Assist with pre/post travel arrangements, urgent tour changes, and incident management

What You'll Bring:

• At least 3 years' experience in the travel industry
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• High level of attention to detail and time management
