Key Responsibilities but not limited to::

Manage overall store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and financial performance.

Supervise and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Monitor stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring product availability.

Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Handle customer queries and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role.

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
