About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to join the team at a very busy Fuel station and Retail shop in Muswellbrook, NSW. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targeted sales goals
• Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team engagement and development

What we're looking for

• Must have experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
• Must possess relevant qualifications.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional in-store experience
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to drive business decisions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
