We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Education & Quality Advisor to join our team and help us drive excellence across our early learning environments.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging training and mentoring to upskill educators and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams, families, and regulatory agencies to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
  • Support services during the Assessment & Rating (A&R) process and help prepare children for a smooth transition to school.

You’ll Bring:

  • A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience delivering professional development and mentoring educators.
  • Confidence in working with regulatory bodies, conducting reviews, and driving positive outcomes in A&R.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Strong quality ratings from internal audits and external assessments
  • High engagement in educator training programs
  • Positive feedback from families and stakeholders
  • Seamless implementation of educational initiatives
  • Outstanding school readiness outcomes for children
