About the role

We are seeking a full-time Medical Imaging Receptionist to join our team at Katherine Diagnostic Imaging. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently completing the administrative duties of our medical imaging clinic. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Preparing necessary paperwork and documentation for patient visits

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services

Maintaining accurate records and patient files

Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised

Providing administrative support to the medical imaging team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm, welcoming environment for patients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A friendly, professional and adaptable approach to your work
