Seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager with Commercial Lending experience to join a growing team in Sydney CBD.

In this role, you assisting the sales team with commercial deals from initiation to settlements with a focus in writing credit applications. Within this role, you will also be a key point of contact for clients and providing them a client journey experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Credit Applications: Partner with sales to prepare, review, and finalise credit submissions—ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Client Servicing: Manage servicing requirements including sourcing financials, verifying client details, and maintaining a high standard of data accuracy.
• Deal Management: Oversee approved transactions, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate documentation for timely and successful settlements.

About You:

• Experience with Asset/Equipment Finance, Commercial Mortgages or Business Overdrafts highly regarded.
• 2+ Years in Commercial Lending/Business lending experience
• Understanding of financial statements/tax returns for businesses, companies, individuals, trusts, partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales support or loans operations roles highly
