The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a well-balanced portfolio consisting of retail, commercial, and industrial assets. This position is suited to someone who is either experienced in Commercial Property or looking to transition from Residential Property Management. On-the-job training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee lease administration including renewals, options, and assignments

Budgeting, forecasting, and management of outgoing recoveries

Maintain up-to-date and accurate property files and tenant records

Monitor and manage rental arrears

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor services

Conduct inspections (ingoing, outgoing, and periodic)

General administrative tasks and portfolio reporting

Work closely with senior management on strategic property matters

About You:

Holds a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in property management (residential or commercial)

Confident in using property management software (Property Tree preferred)

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive attitude and professional presentation

Eagerness to learn, develop and grow a long-term career in commercial real estate
