Key Responsibilities

• Manage a tailored portfolio of 140 commercial properties
• Minimise rental arrears and assist in generating additional revenue
• Apply full knowledge of the Retail Leases Act 2003
• Review rents annually and coordinate lease renewals and options
• Handle maintenance requests promptly and cost-effectively
• Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Key Requirements

• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Strong Commercial Property Management (2-3+ years)
• Excellent attention to details and a sense of pride in your work
• Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Professional Presentation
