Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this role will support the delivery of learning programs across the firm, coordinating a broad range of training initiatives and working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for L&D and prior experience in an administration or coordination role — ideally within professional services.
You’ll join a supportive national P&C team of 30, made up of Generalist HR, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Early Careers, Performance & Remuneration, Systems & Reporting, and of course, Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of national training programs
- Manage logistics for training programs, including room bookings, catering, materials, facilitator liaison and scheduling
- Maintain accurate training records and reporting via the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support communication and promotion of learning initiatives across the business
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external providers.
- Provide general administrative support to the L&D team
- Support broader P&C projects and initiatives when required
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about learning & development
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive team player who loves contributing ideas and solutions
- Tech-savvy, ideally with experience using an LMS (or keen to learn)
- Experienced in an admin or coordinator role (professional services desirable)
- Naturally collaborative with a strong client-service focus
