Your new role
The Infrastructure Project Coordinator will support the Senior Engineering Manager (SEM) in the commercial and technical aspects of business development and product sales into projects, by:
- Identifying and defining infrastructure project leads to boost sales.
- Building relationships with external stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion under SEM guidance.
- Identifying and assessing supplier capabilities and compliance.
- Analysing the project market to identify prospects in government projects, civil construction, transportation/road, and private commercial and residential buildings.
- Creating networking opportunities to promote the brand among major general contractors, government and infrastructure companies, and EPCs.
- Reporting new development opportunities and identifying potential projects and required products.
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering project development activities.
- Determining necessary resources, vetting vendors, and overseeing the supply process
- Attending to customers and suppliers as directed by the SEM.
What you'll need to succeed
- University graduate with 1-2 years' experience delivering infrastructure projects
- Enthusiasm to work in a commercial /sales environment that requires the application of technical / Engineering knowledge to achieve product sales.
- Has high work standards, can work autonomously and deliver a high quality of work in the desired timeframe.
- Permanent Australian Work Rights and currently living in Melbourne
