Brisbane Sustainability Agency is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of key programs across the business.

Flexible work arrangements including work from home.

12 months-Fixed term (Maternity Leave Cover).

Based in Brisbane CBD, with end of trip facilities and free gym access.

Project Coordinator- Behaviour Change

The Project Coordinator- Behaviour Change is responsible for the development and delivery of behaviour change projects and events for targeted audiences. In this position, you will support Brisbane Sustainability Agency (BSA) to deliver a range of new and existing behaviour change programs and year-round events and engagement portfolio.

We are seeking interest from high performing candidates who have:

High-level proficiency using Microsoft Office, database management and/or project management software.

A strong commitment to sustainability.

The following experience is also highly desirable:

experience in implementing sustainability and/or behaviour change programs.

experience working in events or marketing and communications.

experience maintaining and updating website content.

experience working with creative agencies to design and develop digital assets.

experience using project management and CRM software such as ZOHO.

Key responsibilities

Manage project and event budgets, delivery schedules, works planning, progress tracking and reporting, to meet agreed deadlines and budgets, including pro-actively communicating delivery risks as they arise and working positively to resolve these.

Manage project delivery, including activity scheduling, customer/client communication, monitoring work plans, risks and deliverables.

Support data and information collection, prepare reports, project and event outcomes summaries, including contributing to the drafting of customer or client-facing reporting and presentation materials.

Support the Awards Program, working with Council and internal stakeholders, including promoting Award nominations and voting targets, marketing and communications, securing sponsorship and revenue, website updates, prizes, judging, customer service and supporting the event delivery.

Support the development of marketing assets, communication pieces, collateral and engagement tools to support behaviour change projects and events.

Assist with research and investigation of new business opportunities in consultation with and supported by senior management.

Develop and build partnerships, sponsorship and brand opportunities through networks and industry which align with BSA’s strategy and vision.

Assist in developing educational materials and coordinating and delivering behaviour change programs, training, community engagement and consultation.

Coordinate procurement, supplier engagement and financial management, including through the processing of quotes, purchase orders and invoices, tracking progress against these and verifying job close outs/progress with suppliers.

Flexible approach to work including a willingness to work weekends during key community and corporate events, program requirements and additional events in the BSA calendar.

Manage key client relationships and high-level stakeholders including Brisbane City Council, BSA and other key stakeholders.

Managing and briefing of contractors, suppliers, exhibitors, casual staff, and interns supporting the delivery of behaviour change projects and events.
