Your new role
This role sits within a pre-established team that is looking to expand. The team is managing a program that is dedicated to delivering and implementing a project based on accreditation. This role incorporates managing the structure, timelines, delivery, and assessment infrastructure of the scheme. Additionally, this role is also responsible for the coordination of assessment development, publishing, delivery, marking and committee engagement.
With a digital focus, this role will also be responsible for the establishment of candidate support materials and information online - through newsletters and webinars. Furthermore, this role will also support the pre-existing committees, including the facilitation of monthly meetings, which includes setting agendas, producing minutes and delivering actions.
Alongside this, this role also has a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance for the program. Working in collaboration with the team to identify problems and work to resolve them quickly and efficiently, the role focusses on making recommendations that are focused on achieving the highest level of success possible. Having additional responsibilities related to managing an inbox and working with the compliance team to confirm that all requirements are met.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced project officer/project coordinator, preferably with a business or law qualification and some experience in accreditation, licencing, or regulation within the education or legal sectors.
- Experience in end-to-end project management including the mitigation of risks
- Excellent communication skills, including strong written communication
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite products, desirable to have worked with disability assessment delivery platforms
- Outstanding data integrity skills
- Focus on continuous improvement and high-level problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills with both the team and stakeholders
