Qualifications & experience

• Valid operator’s license and relevant certifications required.
• Proven experience operating excavators and material handling machinery.
• Knowledge of recycling and scrap yard operations is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Operate excavators and other heavy machinery to handle scrap materials efficiently.
• Load and unload scrap materials safely in compliance with company procedures.
• Assist in sorting, grading, and preparing materials for recycling.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
